Volam Darnys

Volam Darnys is a Dark Elf necromancer who occupies Haliwaran, a walled Velothi tower that overlooks the road between the Imperial city of Old Ebonheart and the Indoril village of Dondril.

While hostile to any intruder, Indoril or Imperial, it transpires that Volam was sponsored by the Imperial Legion. His presence has prevented the revanchist Indoril Ilvi from sending a force to occupy this military strongpoint - an action that Ilvi takes within just a week of Volam's defeat.
