The Indoril reclaim Haliwaran

Quick Walkthrough

1. Kill Volam Darnys within Haliwaran.
2. (Optional) Take the Haliwaran Transaction Letter from the tower.
3. (Optional) Bring the letter to Caecalia Victrix in Old Ebonheart's Ebon Tower and talk to her about Haliwaran.
4. Return to Haliwaran after seven days have passed, and speak to Llonas Neredras (rewards Amulet of Afterlife Peace).
5. (Optional) Give Llonas the letter for 100 gold.
