Summary

Print a (possibly truncated) name and link of an effect into a table header cell vertically.

Paramters

A goat on a boat

Parameter	Scope	Description
1	required	Name of the Topic
2	optional	First character of the topic to print (default is 0). This only effects printed text, the link is unaltered. (See also #sub:)
3	optional	Number of characters of topic to print.

Caveats

• If you need to alter the cell, you must omit the delimiting | character, as this template will add it.
• Still uses the hacky and as-of-yet unperfected User:A goat on a boat/Template:Rotate Cell template.
