Rumus Stannicus, bodyguard to the Minister of Temple Affairs in Old Ebonheart

Rumus Stannicus is an Imperial warrior. He can be found in the Ebon Tower of Old Ebonheart, in the eastern wing of the Curia. Here he watches over Nerasa Veran, the Minister of Temple Affairs. Nerasa's husband is the disgraced General Casik, and Rumus (having once served under the general himself) claims to have a sense of obligation to watch over her since her husband's incarceration, many years ago:

"I always respected General Casik, but after what he allegedly did, I decided to leave the Legion. I felt responsible in some way for what happened to him, so I've been looking out for Nerasa ever since."
