Phedre Briricca

Phedre Briricca is an Imperial banker who is the appointed Director of the Briricca Private Bank's branch in the city of Old Ebonheart, in Morrowind. As a member of a notable banking family, Phedre has considerable wealth, and an even greater amount of pride:

"The Briricca Private Bank is a major financial institution owned my family. We hail from the city of Quenti Turrai in the Imperial Heartlands. As one the monopolistic banks of the Empire, we are involved in both trade as prominent members of the East Empire Company and interprovincial finance. Some of my relatives have even been Prelates in the Cult of Zenithar, and we have held a seat on the Elder Council for centuries."

Phedre has a role in Old Ebonheart's East Empire Company quests as the ultimate arbiter of whether an important loan to the company's investments in certain activities east of the Thirr River goes ahead. While the collation of the request for a loan is taken rather seriously at the EEC building, an employee named Zenurie Mondette claims a shared history with Phedre, believing that she'll approve the loan regardless. She notes that the Briricca family are major shareholders of the Company, and therefore are effectively loaning to themselves.
