Nirmeni Ieneth, a bandit on Veloth's Path

Nirmeni Ieneth is a Dunmer spellsword who has been waylaying pilgrims and other travelers moving along Veloth's Path. She can be found on the section of the path that runs east from Almas Thirr, and will offer 'guidance' to passers-by for 150 gold. If the offer is refused, she will attack. Her activities have enraged the lord of Roa Dyr, whose hetmen now post bounties on her, on his behalf.
