Nira Uldram

Nira Uldram is a Dark Elf necromancer and the ruler of Tel Rivus, a Telvanni tower growing from an ancient Dunmer stronghold on the island of Althoa.

As you might expect, she holds the key to the tower's vault, and is therefore one method of gaining access to Tel Rivus' treasures during the Thieves Guild quest Devil Cephalopod Helm.
