Heel-Kur is an escaped Argonian slave that formerly worked within the Aravel-Senim Egg Mine near Akamora. Together with the Khajiit, Lijarra, he took the key to the bracers of those within the mines and made a run for it. The two can be found camped out in the Miner's Residence close to town.
During Conflict of Interest, the Fighters Guild are commissioned to bring the pair back. Heel-Kur will come peaceably if asked to, but can alternatively be make good his escape. He is aware of and will advertise the Twin Lamps if allowed to do so.
