2. Bring 3x bottles of Cyrodiilic Brandy to Fitz-Fitz.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Howling Noose is Firewatch's Thieves Guild hideout, and can be found opposite the exit to the city docks. You need to speak to Fitz-Fitz in the basement room behind the bar. There is a level 60 locked door blocking the way. If you are already a member, then the barman, Cornelius Sympsus, will give you a key if asked about the Thieves Guild topic. If you are not a member, you'll need to ask him about the topic with 80+ disposition, or else break your way in.

Fitz-Fitz has a personal request for you. The Howling Noose has run dry of Cyrodiilic Brandy. Fortunately, one of Firewatch's other drinking establishments is thought to be overflowing. Fitz-Fitz asks that you bring her three bottles.

The Queen's Cutlass is in the southeastern corner of the city. Three bottles can be found in the bar area, watched over by Ra'Manjas, the proprietor. Another set can be found in the cellar, behind a level 80 locked door. If neither of these options are palatable then you can also find the brandy elsewhere. For example, the unlocked Vantus Manor in the city's north, has multiple unguarded bottles just by its entrance.

Once you have the brandy, return to Fitz-Fitz to complete the quest.

Notes

• The "reward" for the quest consists of a 20 point boost in Cornelius Sympsus' disposition towards you and a drop in his Mercantile skill of 30 points. Together, these should result in much cheaper goods.
