A Study on Thuncharnthumz, Great Dwarven Library

his study is written by Marius Gaius, of the Mages College of Cyrodiil. In my many travels in service to the Empire, I have learned the stories of the Dwemer, their culture, history and their many fascinating ancient technologies thought lost to time and set to record them that they might aid the Empire and Tamriel through our darkest times and that this amazing ancient part of Tamrielic history does not go forgotten. forgotten.

Thuncharnthumz I believe it to be a place of study for the Dwemer people not too dissimilar to the college of today. However, based on my research on Dwarven history, Thuncharnthumz may hold a vast Library of Dwarven knowledge. Anything the Dwemer deemed important was catalogued and stored deep within Thuncharnthumz, either for historical preservation or what I'm unsure but what I am sure is that if true, the information held there could be utterly fascinating and paramount to further understanding the Dwemer people.

The age of Thucharnthumz is hard to tell as I have yet to find any mention of when it was constructed though I suspect Thuncharnthumz may be among the oldest Dwarven ruins within Skyrim.
