Peladius is the real identity of Aldepius. He is a bandit and a former member of the Crimson Dirks bandit gang. He can be found on the bridge of Dragon Bridge after finding his confession, where he will have to be fought to the death.
He wears a full set of enchanted steel soldier armor. He can use a long bow and a steel sword of embers to attack you, he also carries 30 steel arrows and a potion of plentiful healing.
