Norion the Undying

Norion the Undying is an ancient Ayleid Lich who guards the Great Welkynd Stone of Rielle from those who seek to steal it. In The Cause Creation, you will have to battle him to obtain the stone and leave Rielle alive.

Similar to a Dragon Priest, he floats off the floor during combat and wields a staff, this one being the Staff of Ehlno Ede, which has a combined Storm Wall and Drain Stamina effect. He carries two Welkynd Stones and the Rielle Key.
