Prerequisite quest?

Loremaster Celarus wasn't present in the tower main hall until I completed the Queen's Decree quest in Summerset. Can someone confirm that this is a prerequisite for The Psijiics' Calling? --Xyzzy ^Talk 04:46, 24 November 2019 (GMT)

See the Unseen

Suggestion for addition: link the See the Unseen article somewhere. It could fit in the quest rewards since completing this unlocks both the Psijic tree and this passive in particular, but something in the Notes section would also work. I don't see anything about add-ons on the ESO pages thus far, but I'd caution that this questline does not play exceptionally well with the Lost Treasures add-on as it seems to permanently display the relevant map. Could just be that I don't know jack about add-ons (the more likely possibility), so let's keep that on the discussion page m'kay? Marstinson (talk) 17:21, 15 June 2021 (UTC)
