Required Level for Quests

All the quests from Bolgrul incorrectly state they are level 45 and above; instead, they can be accomplished by anybody who's completed the One of the Undaunted quest.

Daily Quest Requirements

Bolgrul will give out his daily quests without the player having done any of the Undaunted quest line at all. There seems to be some other requirement, though, as I visited him earlier in the game and there was no option to do his quests. At level 8, having done a few additional quests including starting the main quest line, he's now handing them out. – Robin Hood ^(talk) 17:26, 4 December 2023 (UTC)

And now I'm on a new toon, having started the main quest line (albeit only so far as talking to the hooded figure) and Bolgrul doesn't appear at all. I'm trying different things to see if I can figure out what makes him appear and/or give quests. – Robin Hood ^(talk) 20:19, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
