Skyward-Eyes teleporting away

Skyward-Eyes entered the ruins looking for a magical device for travel. Her partner/One of her employees asked me to locate her.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Search for Skyward-Eyes.
2. Find the Rune of Transit.
3. Go to Arlimahera's Altar.
4. Talk to Gnaws-on-Tail.

Detailed Walkthrough

Meet the Khajiit Gnaws-on-Tail at Arlimahera's Grip who with her business partner, Skyward-Eyes, sells apocalypse survival kits. Skyward-Eyes is paranoid however, and has fled into the nearby ruins in search of an old Yokudan teleportation rune.

After talking to Gnaws-on-Tail, head into the ruins and climb to the top of the northern ruined tower, where you find Skyward-Eyes.

Next, head to the ruined tower to the south and climb up to find a Strangely Well-Preserved Crate containing the Yokudan teleport rune. Bring it to the shrine to the northwest and Skyward-Eyes will use it to teleport away to safety.

Return to Gnaws-on-Tail for her thanks and some gold for your troubles.

Notes

• Skyward-Eyes won't exist in the ruins before starting the quest.
• While the description of the Rune of Transit states it shows Yokudan symbols, the icon for the item shows a whale rune seen in Ancient Nordic ruins instead.
