Ugorz

Ugorz is an Orc Soul-Shriven and former Chieftain who can be found within the ruins of the Dushnikh's Shadow stronghold in Village of the Lost. He and the rest of his clan died to a sudden rockslide and the settlement was dragged into a border plane of Oblivion, where he became the slave of Taskmaster Mirit. His son made the deal with Overseer Grexev which led to the stronghold being taken.

After he and the other survivors have been saved, Ugorz can later be found in the Hollow City.

He can be found in the longhouse where he either warms himself by the fire or scrabbles through the ruins.

"Please, go away! If the Taskmaster knows we've talked, he'll be furious."

Suronii sent me. She has what she needs to get you out of here. Meet her at the overlook.

"Tempting. If I were an idiot. The Overseer stationed a Taskmaster here to keep me in line, and Suronii wants me to risk his wrath?
She should know better. She's seen the Taskmasters work."

I've been acting like a Wood Elf. No more! Chief Ugorz goes where he wants, and the Taskmaster will like it! I'll meet you at the overlook."

If you fail to convince him to leave, you will need to go kill Taskmaster Mirit first. If you speak with him before doing so, he will say:

"I already told you—I'm not going anywhere!
The Taskmasters in this place … they can inflict pain that should kill—but doesn't. I will not risk getting strung up by them! Not even to escape!"

Once Mirit is dead, you can return to Ugorz.

"I already told you—I have no wish to suffer at the Taskmaster's hand!"

The Taskmaster is dead.

"You … killed her? Incredible! That's strength I can respect, friend.
All right, I'm in. With a warrior like you in our corner, maybe Suronii's scheme is more reasonable than I thought. I hope to see you at the overlook."

When you arrive at the lookout, Ugorz will be there with Zirani and Suronii.

"I'll be honest, I never expected so brave a plan from a Dunmer. Nor help from a stranger."
