Belkarth Outlaws Refuge

Belkarth Outlaws Refuge is an outlaws refuge found beneath Belkarth. It is an ancient Nedic ruin. An access to the refuge can be gained through a trap door located behind The Gem & Flask apothecary. Another entrance is located on the southern outskirts of the town, near docks.

Second entrance outside the city

A letter from Grazubesha to her sister lies on a table at Grazubesha's booth. A poem, found on a bookshelf near Ferordomas, sheds some light on his interests.

It is rumored that members of the Dragonstar Caravan Company frequent the refuge.
