Rathzin's blood still runs cold thinking of it. But then, this one's blood runs cold every day in Solitude."

After Queen Gerhyld is murdered, he'll feel cursed:

"Blood now runs here as it did where I just came from. Royal blood, too. Is Rathzin cursed to venture to places filled with death?"
