Pledge Masters are three Undaunted vendors who sell Coffers containing shoulder pieces of various Monster Helm Sets, as well as Style Pages for monster styles. They can be found at the Undaunted Enclaves in each Alliance capital, each having their own set of goods. They are also responsible for providing pledges, daily quests that involve completing group dungeons and reward you with Undaunted Keys, the currency needed to buy any of their goods.

Monster Shoulders style pages[edit]
Undaunted styles can be collected by participating in limited-time events throughout the year. During these events a single monster set is featured and their associated armor style pages can be obtained in-game. Events typically last between 4 - 10 days, but they can be occasionally longer. To coincide with each limited-time event, shields and a variety of weapons are also made available as "Arms Packs" in each respective style.
Shoulder style pages have a chance to drop from "mystery" coffers, sold by Pledge Masters, or can alternatively be bought outright from them for 50 Undaunted Keys. Getting the Hard Mode achievement for the appropriate dungeon also increases the chance to get the shoulder style.

Undaunted Celebration[edit]
The Undaunted Celebration Event is a holiday event that typically takes place between September and November. The event is centered around the Undaunted faction, teaming up with other players and completing Group Dungeons. During Undaunted Celebration Maj sells Opal and corresponding regular shoulders:
