Muslabeh

Muslabeh is a Khajiit who can be found in the wilderness with an Argonian named Ei-Ei. If you light their fire for them, Ei-Ei and Muslabeh will both be grateful and you will be granted a small amount of XP and a status effect called "Firelight" for 30 minutes, which increases your maximum Stamina by 5%.

Dialogue

You can hear him arguing with Ei-Ei about who will light their campfire:

Ei-Ei: "Light it, then! Or are you afraid to singe your furry tail!"

Muslabeh: "This one's furry tail caught dinner, or have you forgotten? It is you who wanted to cook the meat!"

Lighting their fire after someone else already has:

Ei-Ei: "Welcome, friend! You are welcome to join us by the fire."
