Horker's Drop

Horker's Drop is a section of the bridge leading to Windhelm used as a popular diving spot. You will visit this location while participating in the Snow Bear Plunge during the New Life Festival. During the event, the bonfire on the shore below the bridge is filled with New Life Celebrants. A Traveling Festival Merchant appears by the fire as well. There is a keg by the bonfire that produces a leveled drink.
