Potion description: Grants you Minor Heroism restoring 1 Ultimate every 1.5 seconds for [X] seconds. (45 second cooldown)
Poison description: Inflicts 2000 Heal Absorption to your target, negating healing they receive for [X] seconds, and grants you Minor Heroism, granting you 1 Ultimate every 1.5 seconds for [X] seconds. (10s cooldown)
The Heroism effect increases your ultimate generation for a short time, or in a poison negates healing in your target while increasing your ultimate generation for a shorter time. Added in Update 24, it did not have an opposing effect until Update 26, which introduced 
Timidity.
