Firavar Urayel is a High Elf noble who can be found in Lilmoth. He's nervously standing on the dock below Powostulm's House, across from the ship to Daggerfall.

When spoken to, he says one of the following:
- "You ever feel like you're being followed? I just … can't shake the feeling, ever since I arrived in Lilmoth."
- "Perhaps I'm being silly, but I … I have this feeling of dread. Like something is about to happen to me."
- "I came to Lilmoth on urgent business. Well, I thought it was urgent. My associate has yet to arrive. It's actually quite … worrisome."
Notes[edit]
- As Sonsu is an assassin with a contract that can be observed watching him, it implies that Firavar is entirely correct to be worried.
