Native to the wastes of Hammerfell, the fennec fox has been domesticated by many of its desert peoples, and makes an alert and loyal pet. The wily fennec is revered as a creature that survives in harsh conditions, and even thrives there. It is the family totem of the Moguls of Taneth, and their famous cavalry rides under a fennec fox banner.^[1]
