Fadeel is a horse in Hoarfrost Downs owned by Master Ozalan. Handre sought to emancipate him from his abusive owner by stealing a valuable gem, but died in Flyleaf Catacombs. When the gem is given to Ozalan, Fadeel will be set free and relocates to Silverhoof Vale.
