Not Armored?

I found him in the Market Sewers (near the entrance) and shot him by mistake. I didn't kill him -- when he screamed for help I realized he wasn't a monster -- but the police stormed in and arrested me for assault.

Here's the odd part: Maro was barefoot and shirtless. Wonder what the heck he's doing wandering around the sewers half-naked? Talk about LIGHT armor! ;-) — Unsigned comment by 24.16.68.197 (talk) at 20:09 on 25 February 2009

This has happened to me too, but with other NPCs which houses or stores have trapdoors to the sewers (There's one at the best defense). My guess is that once you lockpick the trapdoors, the NPCs start going to the sewers through them.~~Coxis. — Unsigned comment by 189.182.18.248 (talk)

This also happened to me. He was walking around the Imperial Market District with only his pants on and I found Rohssan walking around at the same time without any clothes on what so ever, just underwear and her weapon.
