Eidkee V'shiir is one of the leaders of the Argonian Smugglers based in Blackwood. She can be found in Blood Clot Cave.

Eidkee wears a blood leather cuirass, greaves, and boots, Lava Gauntlets, and a defensive staff. She is armed with a random blade and carries a random assortment of jewelry, ingredients, and small gems, copies of Aidon Strongheart and the Nord and The Lusty Argonian Maid, three lockpicks, and a key to her personal chest.

If you side with the smugglers during the Slavers and Smugglers quest, she will also offer services; she buys and sells anything except spells, has 2000 barter gold, and a Mercantile skill of 74. She's available between 7am and 7pm, every day.
