Zone 1: Fort Scinia[edit]

Fort Scinia

Fort Scinia contains a fair amount of Marauder opposition, but also plenty of treasure. The first zone greets you with a room containing two enemies; the ledges on the left and right can provide a good vantage point for ranged attacks. After taking care of them, head up the set of steps to the left and loot the chest there. After this you will reach an intersection. The southern corridor provides quick access to Fort Scinia Hall of Legends, in case you're only here for the Shadowbanish Wine in that zone.

For a fuller exploration, head west instead and dispatch the enemy lurking nearby. A small corridor to the south gives you access to a minor loot chest and, after opening the locked gate at I and dodging the two swinging mace traps at F, a good sniping position into the room below, which you can also jump into. Continuing west, initially avoid the Broken Grate trap (E) to loot a chest at the end of the corridor. Then drop down the grate's hole to access the fort's crypts. Here you will find three sets of rooms with low-value coffins, each guarded by up to one undead enemy. The final room also contains a minor loot chest. Continue along the corridor until you come across the remains of Gran Struthe just in front of a wooden door (H) with a Very Hard lock.

Loot the key from the remains, open the door with it and enter a large room containing two Marauder enemies; if you are lucky, they may be asleep in the beds at b. After taking care of them, loot the boss chest at B and the three other chests in the room. If you are hungry, some food can be found at D. Proceed up the steps but watch out for the Tripwire at G, which activates two Swinging Mace traps (F). Continue straight ahead to reach door C, which takes you to the next zone, Fort Scinia Hall of Legends.

Occupants:

  • 2 Campsite Marauders (each 50% probability melee Marauder, 16% archer Marauder, 16% Marauder Battlemage, 16% dog)
  • 1 Marauder Battlemage
  • 2 archer Marauders
  • 0-3 Undead Enemies (each 83% probability Undead, 17% Rat)

Zone 2: Fort Scinia Hall of Legends[edit]

Fort Scinia Hall of Legends

Like the crypts in the first zone, this area is filled with Undead opposition. This zone branches off to the left and right in multiple areas, but it is advisable to initially head straight ahead. After taking care of the foe in the area, loot the wooden chest at W to obtain two bottles of the rare Shadowbanish Wine and the other chest to obtain some potions. You can now proceed to the left or right to obtain some more loot. Heading left will take you to a room with two foes and two chests; both contain some minor loot but one is locked. Heading to the right will take you to a room with two foes and one chest containing some minor loot. After you have finished exploring this zone, backtrack to the entrance to leave through door C and head back into Fort Scinia.
