Sovali Uvayn

Sovali Uvayn is a Dark Elf thief in the service of House Hlaalu. She can be found at the Elven Nations Cornerclub in the northwestern corner of the Hlaalu Canton plaza in Vivec. She offers medium training in Short Blade, Light Armor, and Security and has a supply of thieves' tools for sale. She may also have a tip for you about a certain missing thief.

She wears a common robe along with extravagant shoes and carries 15 drakes. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
