Willy the Bitten was a was a Bosmer who was transformed into a monster-mer in the fourth century of the First Era by the Wild Hunt.

The Wild Hunt that Willy was a part of came about during the reign of Skyrim High King Borgas, the last member of the Ysgramor Dynasty. Borgas was a staunch supporter of the Prophet Marukh but a conflict was growing between the Empire and the Camoran Dynasty. Borgas set off for Cyrodiil to urge a joint war with Skyrim against the Bosmer. Before he could get there however, he was slaughtered at the hands of King Dead Wolf-Deer. What specific role Willy the Bitten played in the campaign against Borgas is unknown.

Sometime after the defeat of Borgas, Willy the Bitten returned to Silvenar Grove to haunt over the land and was still believed to be there as of 2E 864.
