Men-of-ge were an ancient a tribe of Nedic people. They lived in Tamriel during the Merethic and early First eras and were among the men herded as slaves from across the Niben by the Ayleids. They were eventually "destroyed" when the Flower King Nilichi made a great sacrifice to a long-forgotten insect god.[1]

At least some of the Men-of-ge were still active during Alessian Slave Rebellion. Garid, who belonged to the tribe of Men-of-ge was mentioned in the Song of Pelinal. He once witnessed Pelinal Whitestrake succumbing to madness and later asked him how it felt like. Pelinal responded that it felt "like when the dream no longer needs its dreamer."[2]
