Mistress Rathra

Rathra is a Dark Elf sorceress and Master of House Telvanni who can be found in her chambers in the tower of Tel Ouada. She is the ruler of Tel Ouada.

Even for a Telvanni, Rathra is prone to scheming. It was her machinations that saw the deranged former council member Narrusa Darythi replaced in the Parliament of Bugs by her former Mouth Mistress Eldale over the Wizard Bal Gernak, and her current plot is to destroy the credibility of her rival, Mithras and replace him as ruler of Ranyon-ruhn with her protégée Telaras Medrevan. Her schemes have brought her immense power, and she is probably the most powerful member of the Telvanni Council based in Port Telvannis, especially as she has decided to work together with Mistress Eldale.

Her schemes even extend to a network of agents on Vvardenfell, from where she regularly receives reports. She is regarded as the most anti-Imperial member the council has seen in decades, and her Mouth, Areth Morvayn, always ensures her views are known.

For protection, she wears a Telvanni cephalopod cuirass, a set of Telvanni cephalopod greaves, and a pair of Telvanni cephalopod boots. For clothing, she wears an extravagant robe and a pair of extravagant gloves. She wields a Daedric tanto.
