The Niben's Wind is an East Empire Company ship moored in Old Ebonheart.
It is captained by Parulius Francius. The ship itself carries a cargo of typical Morrowind food stuffs. The former criminal, Stabby-Jak Merrus, has taken passage on this ship following his release from an unknown prison, and now seeks to reunite with his ex-lawyer, Reynant Alciente.
